Trance

Entering a trance is required for a large of amount of workings and thus a vital part of your education.
1. Breath in and out until you start to lose feeling in your body (this should take at least 5 min).
2. Feel yourself stepping down an imaginary ladder. (Relatively 10 min)
3. Let go of the ladder and begin to fall into nothingness. This feeling is similar to that of being nervous, having "butterflies" in your stomach. This is done by holding your breath or flexing your stomach while crossing your eyes while closed. Make sure you're still visualizing the fall (into something like a deep pit of nothingness) because this is vital to trick your mind into actually believing your falling.
4. Hold this feeling for as long as possible. You can take quick breaks but the more you do the previous step, the deeper you will descend into the trance. Also, you don't want to open your eyes until you are breathing very heavily and feel "slowed down" because it can quickly kill the progression of the trance, making it horribly difficult. This is just what I have been doing and it has been successful for the most part, but eventually you will create your own unique way that works best for you.
